Terms & Conditions – BOLD Hair Gel
By placing an order with BOLD (“BOLD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for any grooming or hairstyling
product (“Products”) via our website (“Site”), you agree to be legally bound by the following
Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read these terms carefully. If you disagree with any

1. About BOLD
BOLD is a grooming and hairstyling brand committed to delivering performance-focused
products that empower individuals to style with confidence. This website is operated by
[my cosmacare], registered in Cairo, Egypt.
2. Eligibility
To purchase from our Site, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration
and payment information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment
method.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in EGP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are
added at checkout. We aim to ensure all pricing and product details are accurate, but we
reserve the right to cancel any order where pricing or information errors exist.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we
will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund or suggest an alternative.
4. Ordering Process
To place an order:
- Add your selected items to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout and provide delivery and billing details.
- Review your order and accept the T&Cs.
- Complete payment to confirm.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is submitted, followed by a dispatch confirmation once it ships.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver across Egypt. Estimated delivery fees and timeframes:
- Cairo: 79 EGP
- Alexandria: 79 EGP
- Other cities: 110 EGP
- Delivery time: 3–7 working days (may extend during sales/promotions).
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
6. Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed securely upon checkout. If your
payment fails or is not authorized, we are not responsible for any resulting delay or
non-delivery.
Ownership of products remains with BOLD until full payment is received.
7. Cancellations & Returns
To cancel an order, email us at support@mycosmacare.com with your order number within
7 working days of receipt.Refunds will be issued if:
- tems are returned unused and in original packaging.
- You cover the return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Returns are received within 14 days of cancellation
Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed within 7 business days.
8. Promotions & Sale Items
Sale items are available while stocks last and may take longer to ship. Prices may vary
during or after the promotion period. Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
9. Social Media Content Usage
By agreeing to allow BOLD to use content from your social media (e.g., photos, videos,
captions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and
share that content on our platforms for promotional purposes.
You confirm:
- You own or have permission to share the content.
- You are 18+ years old.
- The content does not infringe on third-party rights.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@mycosmacare.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are only liable for direct damages resulting from our negligence. We are not responsible
for any business losses, indirect damages, or misuse of products beyond their intended use.
11. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of
Cairo, Egypt
